Operative hysteroscopy is a cutting-edge, minimally invasive procedure used to treat a variety of intrauterine conditions that affect a woman’s fertility and menstrual health. At Vardhan Fertility Centre, we use high-definition hysteroscopic equipment and expert microsurgical techniques to ensure accurate, scar-free treatment—often on an outpatient basis.
Unlike diagnostic hysteroscopy, which is used for examination, operative hysteroscopy involves the use of specialized miniature instruments passed through the hysteroscope to correct structural abnormalities inside the uterus. This is done without external incisions and under short general anesthesia.
